Conference Guests
This conference is for the senior pastors, elders, campus ministers, paid staff and spouses of Every Nation Churches and Ministries. Senior pastors, please communicate the conference details to your elders, campus ministry and church staff. Location
Bethel World Outreach Center ( 5670 Granny White Pike, Brentwood, TN 37027) and Bethel Community Church Franklin (1753 Players Mill Rd, Franklin, TN 37067) are hosts for the 2008 conference. Daily sessions and lunches will be at the Franklin campus, while the Wednesday evening dinner session will be held in Brentwood. The Bethel Campuses are located just south of Nashville and both are near a large selection of hotels and restaurants.
Registration
There is no registration fee for this conference, but meals and group activities will be the responsibility of each conference guest.
Flights
Book your flights to Nashville (BNA) for July 7–10, 2008. Please plan to arrive by Monday evening and depart on Friday in order to be present during all the meeting sessions and the group fellowship activity on Thursday. Airport shuttles are $20 per person each way through Anytime Transport. You can call to reserve shuttle service for your trip at 615-254-7433 or 877-479-5483 or visit them on the web at www.anytimetransport.com. Our group name is “Every Nation Churches.” *The Super Shuttle (Blue Van) and others are $35 per person each way.
Hotel
For accommadations during the conference, we currently have a room block at the Hyatt Place Brentwood, 202 Summit View Drive, Brentwood, TN 37027. You can call their sales office at 888-HYATTHP (492-8847) to reserve your room under the group “Every Nation Churches.” The deadline for reservations is Monday, June 23. The hotel provides breakfast and van transport to and from Bethel’s Brentwood campus.
Rental Cars
Rental cars in the Nashville area cost approximately $50–80 per day, but by using Priceline.com, you can “name your own price” and get up to 30% off of this rate. We encourage each church team to group together for car rentals to save on trip costs.
Dress Code
As casual as you like! Shorts, t-shirts, and sandals are encouraged!
